Price depends on Association membership and chosen accommodation. Prices begins from 399€ including everything (you don’t need to buy any meals). Prices are calculated real-time on registration form depending on your choices.

Travel Conditions

  • Registration ends in May 31 at 12pm EET or when all places are reserved.

  • Places are filled in the order of registration. Registration is confirmed only by paying a registration fee of 25€ (will be invoiced) within three (3) working days. Registration fee is non-refundable but will be fully credited from final travel fee.

  • We have 55 seats, of which 20 were reserved for international participants until 31 Dec 2019. Of Finnish participants we have priority, until 31 Dec 2019, for those who haven’t been in our Åland Adventures before. This trip is a Postcrossing-theme trip, targeted for postcrossers. It means, that we can take non-postcrossing avecs ONLY if there are seats available.

  • The trip can be paid by 1-3 instalments, and must be paid in full by June 15.

  • If cancellation is made between May 1 and May 31 we reserve 25% of the cost of the trip to cover our costs, unless a new passenger can be found to replacement, then we will refund 100%. If cancellation is made between June 1 and June 15, we charge 50% of the cost of the trip, unless a new passenger can be found to replacement, then we will refund 90%. If the cancellation is made after June 15, we will not be able to refund paid fees. Make sure to have a travel insurance to cover these expenses in case you must cancel. If the trip is cancelled by the organizer due to coronavirus, we will refund fully.

  • If you need an assistant, you should take care of the presence of your personal assistant by yourself and pay necessary fees. The association is not able to provide any help. All destinations are accessible, if you can take your wheelchair to bus.

  • Everyone is responsible for their own personal travel insurance themselves. The group does not have a common travel insurance policy.

  • It is recommended to order meetup postcards before the trip to ensure the amount you want and that you can prepare them before trip if necessary. The pre-order possibility will be opened when the picture of the meetup card is selected.
